  3. Take a heavy base kadhai and heat butter add onion and saute till it is golden brown.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and mix well and saute for 3_4 mins.
  5. Now add all the dry masalas stir for 2_3 mins.
  6. Now add tomato puree and cook on low flames till oil seprares.
  7. Now add all the boiled vegetables and cook on low flame till water absorbs and butter floats in top.
  8. Keep stirring in intervals to avoid sticking at the base.
  9. Garnish with coriander and toss some butter.
