- Prepare 2-3 boiled potatoes
- Take 1/2 tsp salt, red chilli powder
- Take 1/2 tsp chopped Coriander leaves
- Take 2-3 chopped green chillies

- Take Brinjal put in gas heat. Peel the skin of brinjal
- Heat a pan with oil add onion saute it for 2 mins add tomato green chilli and all masala
- Now add Brinjal mix it nicely
- Cut ladyfinger in 3 part fry it
- Heat 2 spn oil add all masala add fried Ladyfingers.
- Aalu ki Chap: mix all ingredients make round shape ball put in tawa.
- Shallow fry it crisp it from both the the side
- Served it with plain roti, Aalu ka parantha, simple masala parantha, rice Roti, masala rice Roti, curd, mattha, raw mango aachar, chopped raw mango and onion salad, and with Mango
