- In a bowl, whisk 1/2 cup curd well. Add salt and whisk.
- Add Poha and 1/2 cup water to curd. Mix well and keep it aside

- Heat 1 tbsp oil, add semolina and turmeric. Roast until fragrant
- Add Poha mixture with whisked curd, 1/4 cup water and salt. Mix everything well together
- Add green chillies and sugar. Keep stirring until mixture completely leaves the sides. Add lemon juice. Mix well. Switch off
- Grease square dish. Add Dhokla to the dish and level evenly. Allow to cool to set
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a small pan, splutter mustard seeds. Add hing and switch off
- In the same pan, add green chillies, sesame seeds and mix well
- Add this seasoning over the Dhokla. Garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves. Cut in squares and serve with green chutney
