Instructions to make Paneer Net Dosa:
  1. For Batter:– Wash and soak the urad dal and rice for 5 hours. After that drain excess water and add Fenugreek seeds, ginger, green chillies, salt. Grind to make smooth batter. Now add curd and water as per requirement to make a thick consistency batter. Keep it aside.
  2. For Stuffing:– Take butter in a pan at medium flame. Add chopped tomato and 1/2 tsp of salt and cook it till become mashy. Now add onion, cook for 2 minutes. Now add capsicum, carrot, sweet corn and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add oregano seasoning and chilli flakes. After that add tomato sauce and soya sauce. Cook for a minute. Now add paneer cubes and cook for 2 minutes. Mix all together. Now turn off the flame and let it cool down at room temperature.
  4. For preparing Dosa, Heat a pan and apply some oil over it to make tawa smooth. Now fill the dosa batter in a plastic cone or sauce bottle. Make vertical lines and again make horizontal lines crossing over vertical lines to make it look like a net. Apply butter over the net dosa and cook it to both sides. Fill the stuffing and fold in dosa shape and cook it till become crisp.
