  1. Pluck the bathua leaves and wash properly bathua leaves with water and boil it.
  2. Let it cool then grind it with green chilli.
  3. Take the whole wheat flour. Divide it in two parts.In one part add salt, 1tbsp oil and kneed with required water.Keep aside Now take other part of wheat flour then add,hing, grated ginger and bathua paste. Mix well then kneed it with water (if water required). Prepare soft dough.Cover it for few minutes.
  4. In a bowl take crumbled paneer, chopped onion,salt, jeera powder, red chilli powder. Mix it well. Keep aside.
  5. Make small sized balls from green dough.Take a ball,dust it with dry flour and roll it. Keep in a plate
  6. Now make same sized balls with salted white dough and roll it to about 5inch Parantha shape. Now spread paneer filling evenly on it. Now place green Parantha over it. Press the edges of both Parantha.
  7. Heat a griddle / tawa. Place the Parantha on it.Cook it on low to medium heat. Flip it when it cooked from one side.
  8. Now spread ghee or oil on it.Cook it till its both sides are evenly roasted and light golden brown coloured.
  9. Now serve this delicious Parantha with butter, achar and curd or as your desired taste.
