- Take a wok, add oil, heat it.
- Add sliced onion, stir fry it until light brown.
- Now add washed veggies, stir fry it until light brown.
- Add diluted ginger garlic paste, stir it again.
- Add salt & haldi powder, sauté it for a while.
- Now add dhania powder, sprinkle some water, mix it well.
- Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till veggies turn tender.
- Open the lid, add green chilli, give a gentle stir.
