  26. Use 2 tbsp Chaat masala
  27. Provide 1/4 cup Immli chutney
Instructions to make Black Chana chaat:
  1. At first for boiling chick peas soak them over night then add them in a pressure cooker and add then add water salt and baking soda in it and let them boil it will take almost 25 to 30 mints to be boil
  2. Now when chickpeas boiled then add oil in a pan add curry leaves and cumin in it broil for few minutes then add immli chutney, bhuna masala, red chilli flakes, red chilli powder, salt, sour salt, turmeric powder and turn mix them all well… Then take a cup add 1/2 cup water then add corn flour in it and mix it then add it in the pan and broil for 5 min
  3. Now add boiled chick peas and boil cubes of potatoes mix and further cook for 5 min then shut the stove and let them cool
  4. Now add chopped onions, tomatoes,green chillies and corriender then add chaat masala and immli chutney and serve…
