- Step 3 : Take a kadai, add oil and add Fennel 1 table spoon, jeera 1 table spoon, Fenugreek half table spoon, Dry red chilli 2, raw black pepper 1 table spoon.
- Step 4 : After the aroma comes add garlic pods and saute for 2 to 3 minutes till the garlic changes the colour.. Now add chopped onions saute till the colour changes. Next add the tomatoes cook it till it get mashed.
- Step 5: Add a pinch of turmeric powder, salt to taste, 1 table spoon red chilli powder and cook it till the raw smell goes.
- Step 6 : Add tamarind juice, coconut milk, add required amount of water and cover the lid and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
