  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped onion fry till translucent

  7. In a wide bowl add refined flour, rice flour, salt, sugar, egg and 1cup water (if required add more water, it should be like masala dose batter consistency)
  8. Add some batter in 3 seprate bowls and mix few drops of different food colours
  9. Next in remaining batter add some water(like neer dosa consistency it should be)
  10. Pour coloured batter into a ketchup bottle
  11. Heat a non stick pan on medium heat and grease it with little oil,take coloured batter filled ketchup bottle, press out small dots on a hot greased pan
  12. Wait for 2 seconds till dots dries up a little next pour the remaining thin batter over this. cover and cook on low medium heat till done
  13. Make all the crepes this way using different colour dots
  14. Place chicken filling in centre, fold and role
  15. Cut and serve hot
