Now for tempering take a wok drop in oil + butter heat it then put kashmiri mirch and turmeric.Immediately put minced garlic cloves fry it for a while followed by adding onion and capsicum.fry all till transparent.Now add tomatoes puree.Fry it till oil separates.Now sprinkle pav bhaji Masala over it & mix well Finally pour in the mashed bhaji, mix again well.add butter & simmer it for 5 minutes.Add lime juice.
