- Take Potatoes Boil it in Cooker till 2-3 Whistles, cool it down and peel them off and cut into Cubes and Keep aside.
- Now take a Kadhai or Pan add 2 Spoons full Desi Ghee heat for 2 min then add Panch Phoran 1 Spoon, cumin seeds, 1 spoon burn for 2 min then add chopped ginger garlic paste, 2 soon and 1 spoon green chilies and let it heat for 2 min again.
- Now add all Dry Masala into it, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, dry Mango Powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mix well fry for 2 mins then add 2 cups full tomato puree, into it mix well and fry for 5 min till retain oil over the surface.
- Now add boiled potatoes cut into cubes, mix well cook for 2 min then add green peas, salt to taste mix well and cook for 10 to 12 min, then lastly add 1/2 Spoon garam masala and 1 spoon kasuri methi, Cook for 5 to 7 min till the Gravy becomes thick.
