  1. Soak basmati rice for 20 minutes,for gravy, in a pan, take 1tbsp oil add khada masala to it. Saute for 2 minutes and add onion to it.
  2. Add ginger, garlic and onion to it and saute for 5 minutes. Let it cool dawn and make a fine paste.
  3. For mix veg gravy of biryani, in a pan take 1tbsp oil and 2 tbsp ghee, add fine paste of khada masala and onion to it.cook it for 5 minutes until oil releases. Add potato and all vegetables in paste, add 3 tbsp water,cover it with lid and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame.
  4. In a bowl, take 2 cups of water, add tej patta, Elaichi and cloves to it. Take it to the boil,
  5. Now add soaked rice to it. Half cook the rice.
  6. Now add all the spices to the vegetable gravy. Cook it for 2 minutes. Now add half cooked rice to it. Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Place lid on it.
  7. Cook it for 10 minutes. Biryani is ready.
  8. Fry Gobli-in a pan, take 2 tbsp oil add onion to it, saute it until it gets lightly browned. Now add capsicum and onion to it. Saute it for 5 minutes add cauliflower to it and add all spices to it. Cover it with lid and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame. Fry Gobhi is ready.
  9. Laccha parottha-Take wheat flour, add ghee, salt in it and make a dough, make small bolls of dough, prepare small roti and cut strips out it, apply ghee on it and place strips on each other. Again made a boll of it and made parothha.
  10. PBM-Take a pan, take 1 onion, 1 tomato and give one boil to it, peel it. Made a fine paste of boil onion and add raw 1 onion, 1 tomato, ginger garlic paste and again make a paste of it.
  11. Made the paste of kaju, badam, khuskhus in mixer.
  12. Now, take 2tbsp oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and onions gravy in it and cook it till oil releases in low flame. Add paste of kaju, badam khus khus paste and all masale in it. Next, add 2tsp curd and heavy cream (malai of milk)in it and cook it for five minutes in low flame add 2tsp kasoori methi in it. Make square pieces of paneer then add paneer in the gravy. Garnish it with Coriander. Paneer Butter Masala is ready.
