  18. Provide 1 pinch cooking soda
  19. Take 2 tbs sugar
  20. Get 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  21. Get 1 tbsp. chopped cashews
  22. Prepare 1 tbsp. chopped raisins
  23. Get as required Green coriander leaves
  24. Get 2 tbsp coconut powder
  25. Provide 1 tbsp garlic, ginger and green chilli paste
  26. Provide 1 tbsp garam masala
  27. Provide For frying :
  28. Prepare as required Oil
Steps to make Lilava kachori:
  1. For dough: take a bowl and add refined flour, wheat flour, oil, carom seeds, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
  2. With using water make a medium thick dough.
  3. For stuffing : Take a tuvar and green peas and add it in mixer grinder and grind it coarsely.
  4. Take a pan add oil, asafoetida, sesame seeds, mustard seed, cumin seeds and ginger, garlic, green chilli paste fry till its raw smell gone.
  5. After that add stuffing of tuvar and green peas, after 3 minutes add cooking soda and fry it.
  6. Later, add salt, sugar, lemon juice, cashews, raisins, coconut powder and garam masala,cook it for 4-5 minutes combine all the things well.
  7. Topping with green coriander.
  8. After sometime make a ball of stuffings.
  9. For making kachori : take a small ball from dough make a medium thick circle shape.
  10. In middle of circle put kachori ball and combine the center.
  11. After, hold corner of the circle and fold it. During this remove extra dough and tight it well.
  12. For frying the kachori: take a pan add oil, once oil is medium hot put kachories for frying till golden brown color. Now it's ready and enjoy.
