Now cook it or fry the masala when it goes it's raw smell, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and saute it in medium flame, wait it cooks completely well and then add boiled and fried baby Potatoes. Coat it well with the masala. Now add water as required to prepare the gravy.
  5. Add salt keep the flame on high and cook it for 5 mins then slow the flame and cook it for 10 to 15 mins. If needed then add more water to it and cook by covering it's lid. Now add garam masala powder, curry powder and Roasted Kasuri methi (just sprinkle) it on the top. Now cook for another 2 mins in high flame. Now turn off the gas flame. After 5 mins add 1 Tablespoon of curd and mix it well and also add chopped coriander leaves. Then it's ready to serve.
