- Take a bowl add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, chopped onions, coriandor leaves.
- With curd and water mix it and make thick batter. Heat up a pan on low flame apply oil
- Now place one roti on heated tava. Apply the batter on roti. Spread some oil on it.
- Flip the roti slowly. Now apply batter on other side too. Spread some oil.
- Close the lid and let cooked for a min or 2 on low medium flame. Now slowly take spatula at the bottom part. And flip the roti again. Close the lid for a min or 2.
