- In a kadhai add oil and add all the spices and add the cooked chanas mix well add the water it was cooked in. When the water dries then add 1/2 of the sliced onions ginger jullienes and 3-4 slit green chillies. Mix well add the boiled and sauteed potatoes and paneer cubes mix well.
