  1. First take whole wheat flour and to that add besan (Gram flour)
  2. Mix both well.
  3. Now add salt, haldi, ajwain, red chilli powder, dhania powder and mix well.
  4. Now a grinder take ginger and green chillies.Make its paste and add it to the dough.
  5. Now add oil and the curd.
  6. Now add the chopped methi in the dough.
  7. Now using water knead the dough. The dough should be on a softer and sticky side.
  8. After kneading add a tbsp of oil and knead it again and tuck the dough and let it rest for 10-15 mins
  9. Now take some portion from the dough and roll it under a rolling pin.
  10. Now on tawa cook the paratha on a medium- high.
  11. Tasty and healthy methi paratha is ready…
