Instructions to make Sambar:

After whistle, add tamarind water and boil it and small asaftada powder (Heeng). Take a frying pan and put oil on it and add cumin seed, curry leaves, red chilli,..after the sound of cumin seeds put 3 teaspoon chilli powder and 3 teaspoon coriander powder, switch off the gas and put it into the vessel,add
  2. Fenugreek powder.. Cook well and serve it.
