Steps to make Spicy Chicken Curd Pulao:
- Marinate chicken with Curd, Turmeric, Ciba Mint Powder, Salt and Paste of Garlic, Ginger, Coriander, Green Chillies for 1 hour.
- Soak rice with water at least for 30 mins.
- Now in pressure cooker or rice cooking pot, take purified butter and oil together and heat it. Add whole spices in it with thin sliced onion and medium chunks of potatoes. Sprinkle little salt which will help onion to caramelize faster.
- Once onion turns golden brown, add capsicum, cashews, Ciba Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric, Ciba biryani masala and saute it for 1 min.
- Add marinated chicken with remaining marinade and mix it well with masala and add cup of water and bring it to boil.
- When it's boiling, add rice and required amount of water to cook rice. Add salt (remember you have already added salt in marinade, add it accordingly), coriander and tomatoes. Cover it with lid and cook it till rice becomes light and gets cook. In pressure cooker it takes 2 whistle on high flame to get it perfectly cooked.
