- Use 1 chopped tomato
- Use 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
- You need 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

- You need 1 bowl washed rice
- Use as required Water to cook rice
Steps to make 2 states delight:
- Marinade all the above ingredients with paneer add oil on a pan and grill till golden.
- Marinade all the above ingredients with elephant foot, coat with rice flour, put oil on tawa and grill till cooked and crisp.
- Heat a pan add oil fry crushed garlic, add in veggies saute it by adding salt and soya sauce. Do not over cook.
- Heat oil, temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves, add in washed dal and crushed ginger, saute for a while, add turmeric powder and salt, now add water lemon juice and washed rice and take 3 whistles.
- Heat oil, temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves, add in washed dal and ginger garlic paste, saute for a while, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt, now add onion and tomato and cook well till you get a nice gravy now add washed rice and take 3 whistles.
