- Prepare 500 gm sugar

- Now break the muthiyas into smaller pieces. Then in mixer grinder grind muthiyas into fine mixture.
- Now take a sugar syrup in a pan. Now add the muthiya powder in sugar surup. Then add milk powder to it. Mix all these ingredients together.
- Now take a greased tin or tray to set the barfis. Spread the mixture evenly in the tin. Then garnish it with some almonds and cashew nuts.
- Leave it for about an hour so as to it set the barfi properly. After one hour cut the barfis in equal pieces.
