- Add ginger garlic paste in oil.fry till aroma comes.add this blended masala to oil.fry nicely till oil seprates from masala.add fried chicken to this masala & fried well.
- Add 2 cups water in masala,let chicken cooked at medium flame. Adjust consistancy of curry to your taste.
- When chicken curry masala is all done..add brown onion + garam masala powder in it with 1-2 hari mirch (optional) and keep at dum for 5 min.
