  3. Cook the chapatis in a Baati cooker or in oven from both sides and make sure that it is cooked from inside also (for this make holes on chapati with a fork).
  4. Break the cooked chapatis into pieces and let them cool on room temperature only.
  5. Grind the pieces in a grinder jar to make churma of perfect consistency.
  6. Add powdered sugar and ghee according to your taste and diet and give it a nice mix with your hands. Add white rose essence to it and mix again.
