- Peel and chop bottle gourd in big pieces.
- Deep fry in medium hot oil till golden brown.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadai add cumin seeds, when it crackle add onion paste and cook 1 minute. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Add haldi powder, hing, red chilli powder, cumin powder, dry ginger powder, fennel seeds powder,coriander powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, salt,curd and malai, mix well and cook 1 minute, keep stirring.
- Now add 1/2 cup of water and fried bottle gourd.
- Now cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
