- Add oil to pan. Add dry red chilli,bay leaves,cumin seeds,cardamon.
- Then add potatoes(cut into small pieces),salt,turmeric powder.fry till golden. Then add ginger garlic paste. Cook for1minute.
- Then add beetroot and carrot. Cook in low flame. Use lid and stir occasionally.add green chillies,cumin and coriander powder.
- When oil will come out add garam masala. Add ghee.
- Keep aside to cool.
- Then make thick batter of rice powder,besan,salt,red chilli powder using water.
