- Now tak a pan add oil,,add mustard seeds and curry leaves,,now add sliced onions and green chilli saute until translucent..add tomatoes..cook until oil releases..add boiled and diced potatoes.add salt,pepper,coriander powder,garam masala,amchoor..now add 1 spoon of malai or curd..isse poha bht soft rehta hai..saute well and add poha..now cook for 5 min on low flame..add half spoon of lemon juice..
