- Keep it in greased baking tray and give it a milk and butter wash.. preheat the oven on 220 degree for 10 minutes…. keep this prepared unbaked kulcha for 15 minutes more covered with wet cloth and then bake it for 12-15 minutes according to your oven temperature..
- Please check it after 10 minutes..If it's light golden take it out brush it with butter and serve it hot.
