- Add oil on the edges to make the dosa crisp. Add butter in the centre and all the chopped and grated vegetables, now add 1 tbsp aloo masala with 2 tbsp of ketchup. Sprinkle some red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt as per taste. Mix everything nicely and spread it on the dosa evenly.
