- Then put all Spices add Salt,3tbsp Oil/ 1 tbsp butter,make dough and keep it cover for few minutes.Make medium size paratha from Dough and put Oil ya butter,till it's done and serve hot with Curd ya Mayonnaise, sauce
- For Mayonise; in a bowl put butter, Malai,add mix herbs(red chilli flakes, oregano and pepper powder),beat all ingredients with a big spoon till it's soft
- Lastly serve Paratha with Curd, roasted papad and Mayonise (homemade) and yummy it taste
