  3. Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and let cumin seed splutter for a minute on low flame.
  4. Add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add chopped potatoes and stir fry for 2 minutes. Now Add tomato and ginger and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  5. Add whole masale, salt, red chilli powder, bay leaves and stir. Add Peas and paneer and saute for 1 minute. Now add washed rice and mix.
  6. Mix well and add 2 bowls of water and pressure cook till three whistles. Let pressure releases automatically.
  7. Serve hot with pickle or curd.
