  1. Washed the lentils or pulses and soaked it for 15 min. Now boil or cook it with some turmeric powder in pressure cooker adding 1 glass of water make the daal take 3 to 4 whistle and keep aside.
  2. In pressure cooker heat the oil. - Add onions in it fry till golden brown in colour
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste tomato and chopped bottle gourd. - - Add salt and chilli powder mix all very well .
  4. Now add chicken pieces, mint leaves and coriander leaves mix well.Add cooked lentils (daal) - Add water as required.
  5. Add dalcha masala, dry fenugreek leaves, fennel powder mix well. - Now add dry mango powder mix very well close lid and take 4 to 5 whistle.
  6. After taking 5 whistle pour  the Dalcha in pan and close the lid cook it on low flame for 20 min.
  7. Dalcha is ready serve with rice
