  1. First take one kadai add 1tbsp deshi ghee & 1tbsp oil, fry florets, keep aside. Same oil put sahi jeera, whole garam masala & whole pepper. Now add onion paste fry till brown add tomato paste fry add salt & dry masala.
  2. Wash basmati rice and add. Mix thoroughly add fried florets, green matar & Kaju. Mix well.
  3. Now add 11/2 cup water. Before cover the lid sprinkle pinch of hing chopped ginger. Now cover the lid. After completely Water dry stir gently. Add remaining ghee & cover the lid.
  4. After 1mins remove lid & serve.
