  1. Boiled all the veggies except onion tomatoes and peas. Mash it very well. Heat oil and put cumin seeds in it. Now add asafoetida to it.
  2. Add onion to it and saute it till it turns golden brown. Add tomatoes and stir it continuosly till it becomes thick gravy.
  3. Add turmeric,red chilli powder, Coriander powder, lasun chutney,Pav Bhaji masala, salt, garam masala,water and boiled mashed veggies to it. Mix it very well.
  4. Now let it be on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes. In between keep on stiring for a while,so that bhaji donot stick at the bottom of kadhai. Boil peas in microwave /gas for 5 minutes by adding little water to it.Then after drain out the water from it and add this peas in the bhaji and mix it well and now Finally add butter and peas to it and off the gas.
