- Chop tomatoes onion chilli garlic. And boil. Add cashewnut red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander cumin powder kitchen king masala salt kasuri methi cinnamon stick chilli garlic ginger cardamom. Boil for 15 mins. And allow it to cool.
- Now Take a pan heat butter and oil. Saute bay leaf and add paneer cubes and just saute.
- Take tomato mixture in a jar with water and churn make puree add cream churn again. And make smooth puree.
- Now add puree in same paneer pan. Add 1/4cup water salt and cook for 5-7min.and stir.Lastly add ketchup and honey cover the lid and cook on mid slow flame for 4-5 mins. Garnish with cream and serve. Tasty healthy paneer makhni is ready to serve.
