- In a mixing bowl add maida,kalonji, cooking oil some salt mix it well with hand, now add little by little water knead it for 5 to 8 min and make a smooth dough, little thick then roti dough.
- Knead the dough to smoothen, divide in it small ball.
- Roll the ball with the help of oil, roll it in a oval shape not too thick nor too thin, cut in to 2 pieces.
