- Let begin with Filling. Heat up Oil in a pan
- Add Ginger And Chilli's. Cook on Low flame For 15 second
- Add Granted Paneer in the pan on Low Flame. After 10 second put the flame off
- Add Red Chilli Powder, Dhaniya Powder, Salt, Garam Masala. On off Flame. Take the Mixture in a Bowl
- On other pan Put 1 spoon of Oil and 2 Spoon of Butter On High Flame
- Add Bay Leaf, Dalchini, Star Masala, Laung, Kalli Mirch. On low flame
- Add Hing, Ginger, Chilli on Low Flame. Cook for few seconds
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste and Onions on Low Flame. Cook for few seconds. Till Onion gets pink color
- Add Cashew, Tomato, Salt, Haldi, Dhaniya Powder, Amchoor. Cover The pan S cook for 4 min. On low flame
- Once it cool down transfer it to a grinder. Grind the pury well by adding some water
- Mix the purry well
- In the same pan take some oil
- Add the purry in pan Cook for second. Then add Kasuri Methi, Jeera
- Add Honey, Jaggery cook for some second and put the flame off
- Take a Papad in a plate and grease it with Water
- Apply the first Panner stuffing in the middle of the Papad.
- Fold the Papad from all the sides Same way all 5-6 Papad fold it.
- Take a pan apply oil in pan and cellow Fry all the papad rolls
