  1. For chicken preparation: take all the ingredients in a pan and add water, cover lid and cook for 15 mins or till chicken is tender.

  3. Gravy: heat oil and butter in a kadhai… add onions and fry till light brown then add tomatoes… cook for 2 mins… then add ginger garlic paste.. cook on medium.flame for 2 mins… then add all the dry masala powder.. add a little water and cook till oil leaves the sides of kadhai.
  4. Then add cashew paste and a little water and mix.. then add the shredded chicken, garam masala,cream and kasuri methi to it… cook for 5 mins till everything is combined well.
